I, Dr. med. vet. Astrid Reitz take the protection of your personal data very seriously and
strictly adhere to the rules of the data protection laws. Personal data
is collected on this website only to the extent technically necessary.
In no case will the data collected be sold or otherwise disclosed to
third parties.
The following explanation gives you an overview of
how I ensure this protection and what kind of data is collected for
which purpose.

1.1 What is personal data
Personal
data is information that discloses or may disclose the identity of the
user. We conform to the principle of data avoidance. As far as possible,
the collection of personal data is foregone.
1.2 Handling of personal data
Personal
data are used exclusively for establishing the contract, content
design, execution or performance of the contractual relationship (Art. 6
I b DSGVO [General Data Protection Regulation]). In addition, personal
data will only be processed if we have received your consent (Art. 6 I a
DSGVO). They are not passed on to third parties. Solely for the
fulfilment of the contract will data be forwarded to the shipping
company responsible for delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the
delivery of ordered goods. In order to process payments, the necessary
payment data will be forwarded to the credit institution commissioned
with the payment and, if applicable, to the authorised and selected
payment service provider. The processing of your personal data takes
place exclusively within the EU.
1.3 Usage data
When visiting
the website, general technical information is collected. These are the
IP address, time, duration of the visit, browser type utilised and, if
necessary, the originating website. These usage data are registered in a
logfile for technical reasons and may be used and stored for
statistical purposes of this website. A linking of this usage data with
your other personal data does not take place.
1.4 Duration of storage
After
the end of the purpose for which the data was collected, we store your
personal data for only as long as required by law (in particular, tax
law).

2.1 Information
You
can ask us for information on whether we process your personal data,
and if so you have a right to information on these personal data and on
the further information referred to in 15 DSGVO.
2.2 Right to correction
You
have the right to correct incorrect personal data relating to you and
may, in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, demand the completion of
incomplete personal data.
2.3 Right to deletion
You have the
right to demand that your personal data be deleted immediately. We are
obliged to delete them immediately, especially if one of the following
reasons applies:
Your personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
You revoke your consent to the processing of your data and there is no other legal basis for processing.
Your data was processed unlawfully.
The
right to deletion does not exist if your personal data is necessary for
the assertion, exercise or defence of our legal rights.
2.4 Right to limitation of processing
You have the right to require us to limit the processing of your personal data if:
- you deny the accuracy of the data and we should therefore check the accuracy,
- the processing is unlawful and you reject deletion and instead demand the limitation of use
- we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims,

2.5 Right to data portability
You
have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided us
in a structured, common and machine-readable format; and you have the

processing is done by us using automated procedures.
2.6 Right of cancellation
If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time.
2.7 General and the right to complain
The
exercise of your above rights is basically free of charge. You have the
right to contact the responsible supervisory authority, the State Data
Protection Commissioners directly in case of complaints.

3.1 Data security
All
data on our website is protected against loss, destruction, access,
modification and dissemination through technical and organisational
measures.
3.2 Sessions and cookies
For the operation of the
website, we may use cookies or server-side sessions in which data may be
stored. Cookies also serve, for example, in providing a personal
greeting with the member name. Cookies are files that are stored on your
hard drive by a website in order to automatically recognise that
computer the next time you visit a website and to adapt the use of the
website to you. Some of the cookies used will be deleted after the end
of the browser session. These are so-called session cookies. Other
